A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Clerk to join a well established company. You will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of the accounting department.


Key duties will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts through regular contact
  • Handling customer queries and offering excellent levels of customer service
  • Processing sales orders and credits
  • Recording and maintaining customer information
  • Preparing and processing payroll
  • Credit control 
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Process employees expenses and reconcile
  • Prepare monthly P&L with the support from Finance Manager
  • Matching and posting invoices

 Desirable requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office experienced
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • AAT Qualified
  • SAGE 50 knowledge/experience


Hours of work:

09:00 - 17:30, 40 hour week. Monday to Friday. Overtime is available on ad hoc basis. System training will be provided.
