We are looking to recruit an Office Manager to join a busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for supporting the Administration Department with great managerial skills to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key duties will include:
- Answer and directing calls
- Taking messages
- Supporting team with any queries
- Data input on various systems
- Taking minutes
- Typing, filing and photocopying
- Collating information for senior management
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office experienced
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
Hours of work
09:00 - 17:30, 40-hour week. Monday to Friday. Overtime is available on ad hoc basis. System training will be provided.
